LOW TEMPERATURE VACUUM MALAXATOR DESIGN
Through continuous R&D driven by science, we relentlessly pursue improvement. Because we believe that olive oil, the elixir of life, still has a long journey ahead.
The biggest enemies of the olive oil extraction process are heat, light and oxygen. Olive pulp spends the longest time in malaxation during olive oil production. During this time, it is in contact with oxygen to a great extent.
ALTUM, the vacuum malaxator model we developed as a result of countless experiments, operates at low temperature in an oxygen-free environment, allowing oil grains to come together to form larger droplets and increasing the rate of phenolic components.
This way, we were able to make the olive paste at 20 degrees feel at 60 degrees and obtain HIGH YIELD, HIGH AROMA and HIGH POLYPHENOL with special blades. We have made innovative and high technology simple. With a single button!
Compared to standard malaxators
10% MORE YIELD
%30 MORE POLYPHENOL
%60 MORE OLEOCANTHAL
CONVEYOR DESIGN TO INCREASE DECANTER EFFICIENCY
In modern olive oil production, the separation of oil grains from the olive pulp takes place in the decanter unit, which performs horizontal centrifugation with centrifugal force. In order to obtain maximum efficiency, the olive paste must travel the longest distance on the conveyor inside the decanter, reach high centrifugal values and be processed in such a way that few particles remain in the oil obtained.
With our belief that there is always something better, we pay due attention to this issue and continue our R&D efforts to offer you solutions with even higher phenolic components and ratios.
WATER-FREE and AIR-FREE PARTICLE SEPARATION PROCESS
Olive oil obtained after horizontal centrifugation may still contain olive particles. If these particles are not completely separated from the olive oil, they spoil the taste, aroma and phenolic structure of the oil.
As a result of our work at this point, we have succeeded in separating the particles in olive oil to a very large extent without adding water and without contact with air! We continue to work for even higher aroma and higher polyphenol values.
POMACE DRYING AND FEEDING PROCESS
We succeeded in drying pomace, which is the waste of olive oil production, by removing the solids in it and without exposing it to high temperatures and chemical treatments. We turned it into flour and mixed it with ovine and poultry feed and obtained positive results from our experiments.
We have also started to utilize the medicinal contribution of pomace in bread making and have made significant progress in our efforts to make starch-free bread with a low glycemic index. We are always looking for better; our research continues.
OLIVE KERNEL EXTRACTION PROCESS
We succeeded in extracting the olive kernel extract without heat treatment and chemical treatment. We continue our efforts to utilize olive kernel extract in various ways and to bring sustainable innovations in this field.
OLIVE PULP - SEED RATIO BALANCE
By crushing the pits and mixing them into the olive paste in the desired proportion, we can adjust the rate at which aromatic, phenolic and other components pass into the oil. Tthis way, we offer the opportunity to make customized production for different needs in determining the character of the olive oil to be obtained.
We continue to conduct research in order to raise our standards and go further at this point.
DEVELOPMENT OF CFA PILING MACHINES
Our company has started to develop CFA machines used in pile foundation construction since 1995. In this context, with our own means, we have developed 6 CFA Piling machines and by using these machines in our own construction sites, we have successfully completed the foundations of more than 50 5-star hotels, more than 150 housing estates and residences, 5 public buildings, more than 10 shopping centers, more than 10 industrial and communication structures. Finally, TDM35 and TDM40, which we manufactured, became the first CE certified piling machine in our country.
Thanks to the software on the pile machine, the response and depth of the ground according to the distance is determined from the monitors and the production and timing are guaranteed.
CFA Piling machines have been continuously developed according to the needs arising during manufacturing. The compression, pulling and rotary rotation forces during drilling have been increased. The automatic coordinated operation of the compression and pulling forces has been improved and thus onion head, knuckle pile productions have become very easy. Operators have created onion heads with a single lever control and pile transportation capacities have been significantly increased.
The capacity of the machines has reached 20 tons of pressure, 100 tons of pulling, 50 tm torque capacities. 30 m and Ø100 diameter piles are realized quickly and economically.

DEVELOPMENT OF JET GROUT PUMPS (PATENTED)
As BST Engineering, we have been developing our own Jet Grout pumps for more than 10 years within the scope of ground improvement works and straightening of buildings that are tilted due to settlement differences, and we have been obtaining utility model patents with each passing day.
The JGP system, which is obtained by putting the pumps produced within this scope through long test stages, has been used successfully. (For detailed information on this subject, see the article prepared by S. Köseoğlu and published in “Turkish of Civil Engineering” Vol. 35, Issue: 2, March 2024, “Straightening and Supporting a Building in a Tilted Position Due to Different Settlements by Jet Grouting Method”).

TRAVEL-FRIENDLY PROTECTIVE BOTTLE CASE DESIGN (PATENTED)
When we realized that people traveling by plane were hesitant to carry olive oil bottles, we searched for a solution. With the protective bottle design we developed, we ensured sealing and made it possible to carry olive oil bottles safely in suitcases.
Thanks to this initiative, which aims to increase the popularity of Turkish olive oil in the world, we have made it easier for tourists visiting Turkey to take their olive oil with them back home.
