After the final clarification stage, olive oil must be stored in controlled conditions to preserve its aroma, color, and nutritional value.

Design:

Tanks are produced in vertical configurations depending on space and flow requirements.
Custom dimensions, manholes, sample ports, level indicators, and insulation jackets can be added upon request.

All models are designed to prevent light contact, reduce oxygen exposure, and maintain stable temperature—protecting the quality and shelf life of the stored olive oil.

Working Principle:

Olive oil is filled into the tank after filtration. If desired, nitrogen gas can be injected to form a protective atmosphere that prevents oxidation.
Tanks can be integrated with cooling systems or inline mixers, and emptied using food-grade bottom outlets or pumps.
