ELAKUVA olive oil production lines are optimized for two-phase cold extraction, aiming to achieve maximum yield and polyphenol content without compromising aroma.

These lines are engineered to accommodate the unique characteristics and harvest periods of various olive varieties, allowing producers to make adjustments to achieve the desired quality.

Volatile compounds in olives, responsible for aroma, begin to evaporate at 22°C and are completely lost by 35°C. ELAKUVA enables maximum yield through a water-free process conducted below 22°C, preserving these aromatic compounds.

The ELAKUVA series continues the Lipoxygenase (LOX) enzymatic activity initiated in the crusher through its vacuum design, resulting in up to 10% increase in yield, 30% in polyphenol content, and 60% in oleocanthal content.

Complex processes are simplified through a user-friendly PLC system, allowing easy operation via a single screen.

The absence of water addition during decanter and malaxer stages, along with the elimination of the separator, makes it environmentally friendly.
