High Performance with Low Investment
Inspired by the Leto Mixer Series, the Vertical Mixer Series features specially designed mixing blades that offer more effective kneading capabilities compared to traditional vertical mixers. Thus, there is no need for complex and costly systems such as ultrasound, electric shocks, or rapid heating and cooling; it offers at least as much potential for increased efficiency as these systems provide.
By operating at a low vacuum of 100–200 mm Hg, it reduces the olive paste’s contact with air and keeps oxidation levels to a minimum. It eliminates the need for nitrogen gas during malaxation; aroma loss is minimized.
Thanks to its equipment and operating principle, it works in harmony with ANTA decanters and ensures the production of clear olive oil.
